OWN LANE  orders are shipped from CINCINNATI, OHIO  To all 50 US States From Tuesday–Friday using USPS service.


It’s our goal to ship as quickly as possible. Once your payment is verified and processed it can take 1-3 business days for your order to ship excluding weekends and holidays All orders placed on the weekend will begin processing the following Monday; while all orders placed on (NATIONAL HOLIDAYS) will begin processing on the following business day .


OWN LANE try's it’s best to deliver your item(s) in a speedy manner, WE don’t guarantee specific delivery times. The shipping times listed above Are estimated. Once your order is shipped you will receive an email notification with the tracking number.

Lost Packages 

PLEASE NOTE:Once your package is delivered to the address placed on the order, OWN LANE can’t be responsible for the lost or stolen package. For lost packages after delivery, please contact United Postal Service at www.usps.com or (1-800-ASK-USPS). By completing a purchase with OWN LANE you are agreeing to our shipping and delivery policy.


International Shipping 

Our international OWN LANE LADIES are responsible for all taxes and/or duties imposed by their country’s government. If you order is subject to these charges. They will NOT appear on your OWN LANE invoice, but will be presented by USPS upon your receipt of your package.


Custom duty and import tax are specific to your particular country. Customs authorities in each country calculate duty and tax based on a number of factors, included but not limited to the category in which the product is classified in the international Harmonized Code (HS) system and the value of the product. For more information regarding your country’s custom policies, please contact your local customs office. 



How to Return  


If you don’t feel like you can’t create your “OWN LANE” in our shoes, it’s ok ABSOLUTELY OK!...You have 3 days from the time you receive it to request a store credit.

What items are returnable?


Most Apparel, shoes and accessories are returnable within 3 days of the delivery date. Items must be unwashed and unworn with tags attached and original packaging to reduce damage during handling. All shoes MUST be returned in the original and then packaged durably. Damaged returns will NOT be accepted. Please note that shipping and handling fees are not refundable.

The following items are EXCLUDED and CANNOT be returned:


  • Free gifts or promotional items

  • Items marked FINAL SALE

  • Sunglasses

  • Earrings

  • Bodysuits

  • Swimwear

  • Lingerie

  • Worn Items

  • Items with scents, deodorant, and signs of wear

  • Shipping fees



Can I get my money back?


For all returns we issue store credit only. Refunds are not available.


Unfortunately, if the item is marked FINAL SALE cannot be returned.



Are there any return fees?

Return Shipping postage is the sole responsibility of the customer. If you receive the wrong item or a faulty product we will cover the return cost.


How soon will I receive my store credit?

Once we have received your return please allow up to 3-5 business days for your store credit to be issued.

{Q} The shoe, I’m interested in is sold out. Will you be restocking it?

{A} We won’t be restocking sold out shoes. Here at OWN LANE, we try to create new looks and keep the items fresh for you ladies… Please feel free to add your email to the sign up box, just in case we decide to restock a particular shoe.


{Q} Can I modify or cancel my order?

{A}  No, unfortunately We want to ensure that you receive your garment/items as quickly as possible.  However if, you realized you made an error in your address. Please let us know by emailing us………. (I will create an shipping address, for the site)


{Q} How do I check on the status of my order?

{A} We send out confirmations, via email automatically once an order and payment are received. You can also log into your personal account to check the status of your order.


{Q} How do I track my package after it has been shipped?

{A} Once your package is shipped, you will receive an email notification confirming the shipment. The email will provide you with the tracking number for your package. You may track your purchase using the tracking number(here). I WOULD LIKE TO ADD THE OPTION OF BEING TO TRACK WITH USPS.****


{Q} Do I need a Paypal account  to purchase from OWN LANE ?

{A} No, you are not required to have a PayPal account to purchase from OWN LANE. However, if you already have PayPal account, you may use it as your payment method.

{Q} How long will it take before my order is Shipped?

{A} Please allow us 1-2 business days for your order to be processed and shipped out.

{A} OWN LANE  ships anywhere in the world using USPS Priority Mail and USPS Express Priority Mail. This service allows us to offer fast standard delivery in 3-5 business days and express

delivery in 1-3 business days depending on order processing time and the distance of the shipping address from our store in Cincinnati, Oh.


{Q} How do I use a store credit and a coupon code?

{A} Please enter your coupon code in the discount code section at check out. You will also see a place for notes and comments, please include the discount code in the notes. At the time your order is shipped your discount will be adjusted to your store credit or form of payment.
